Alfred Defossez was born on 11th November, he is a painter. He was the member of Ecole supérieure des Arts Modernes in 1952 and the Julian academy from 1953 until 1957.

A young painter in 1957, he did his first exhibition in a Parisian gallery in 1956. This was followed by several personal exhibitions in Paris, USA, Cannes, Japan, Italy and various other countries. His paintings were purchased by private collectors and museums like the art modern museum in Tel Aviv.
